constru.ction flmd. It was 1IOwd by Kerrill and seoinded by Bosler that the rules be

tract for the construction ot a 2,000,000 gallon reservoir in Ashland c~en. It .waa
moved by Fischborn and seconded by Weitzel that the rules be suspended andthe ordinance
paaaed to the seoODd reading ~titl. only. Carried. Following the secODd reading, it
was moved by Weitzel am seconded by llerrill that 'the ordinance be adopted as read and

the City ot Ashland to purchaae all aecessary machinery, supplies and equipment tor the
o<'lllpletion ot the water filtration plant ahd to perf'orm all work ot excaVftion, eto tor
