Seoonded by Wenner. C~ried. Follow- ing the seoond reading, it was moved by Wenner that the resolution be adopted as read. Seconded by Applewhite. Roll call WdS ordered on its adoption, the vote being Ayes 4, Nays O. Thereupon the Mayor declared thr resolution adopted. The City Attorney read the printed resolution providing for a sewage disio8a~ plant by oharter amendment. This resolution had been subjeot to minor changes. Moved by Applewhite and seconded by Wenner that the printed resolution as read by the City Attorney be oonfirmed. Carried. ~ Moved by Wenner that the City Attorney draw up a brief autlining the advantages of the sewage disDPsal plant to the Cit7 for the pur- pose of getting the facts before the people. Seconded by Hansen. Cer~ied. Mr. Hill was present and read the proposed oontract for the BBg1n?er- ing tor oonsideration by the Council before mailing to the Chicago off1ce for approval by them.
