Both were charter amendments. MDved by Applewhite that the oounoil resolve itself into a vanvass- lng board to oanvas the returns of the election held Oct. 18th. Second- ed by Hansen. Carried. The oounoil ~h~ ~roceeded to canvas the returns of' the election in accordance with the laws in such cases made and pro- vided.
