held on October 18th to deoide on the construction of t~e Sewage Dis-
posal plant and the bond issue for $27,000.00 for sam~and the Park Tax
Levy Amendment raising the millege for the Park from 2to 2t mils. Both
were charter amendments.
MDved by Applewhite that the oounoil resolve itself into a vanvass-
lng board to oanvas the returns of the election held Oct. 18th. Second-
ed by Hansen. Carried. The oounoil ~h~ ~roceeded to canvas the returns
of' the election in accordance with the laws in such cases made and pro-
vided. The result of said canvas, after having been duly made was as-
oertained to be as follows:

The returns having been duly oanvassed were found to be oorreoto
Thereupon, the Mayor read his proolamation on the $ewage Disppsal Plant.
On motion, the Council adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
