An adjourned meeting of the Common Gouncil was called to order by
Mayor Wiley at 5 o'clock P. M. December 4, 1935. Present: Mayor Wiley,
Counoilmen Blake, Ingle, Applewhite, Hansen and Gregg. Absent: Wenner,
In the absenoe of the Recorder, the Mayor appointed Elmer Biegel aoting
Recorder to keep the minutes.
~he City Attorney read a Resolution awarding the oontraot for the
oonstruction of the sewage treatment plant and interoepting sewers to
Dunn &: Baker of 1G..amath Falls, subject to the approval of PW4. Moved by
Ingle, seconded by Blake, that the Resolution be passed to second reading
by title only. Motion carried. Ayes: 5, Nays: O. Upon being read
the second time by title only, it was moved by Applewhite, seoonded by
Hansen, that the Resolution be adopted as read. Roll was oalled, the
vote being, Ayes: Blake, Ingle, Applewhite, Hansen, Gregg. Nays: None.
The Resolution was placed in the hands of the Mayor for his signature.
Hill reported on the engineering supervision of the sewage disposal
plant and sewers. After some discussion, it was referred to the sewage
details committee with the power to act.
It was pointed out by the City 4ttorney that ~he time set for hear-
ing on the charges preferred against the Recorder was in conflict with
the date previously set for opening the bids on the bonds. It was moved
by Applewhite and seoonded by Ingle that the hearing be set over to
Thursday, December 12, 1935, at the Council Chambers at 7:30 P. M.

The council adjourned to meet in the Council Chambers, December 9,
1935, at 5 P. M.
