Upon motion by Koozer, seconded by Blake) the permits were gl~a.nted.
The protest of J. Nayler, 192 Harrison street against repairing the
sidewalk defects in :flUont of his pro:perty was upon motion by Kooz,er,
seconded by GregG, referred to the street Committee. Carried.
On motion, the Council adjourned to meet at the call of the lIayor.
