This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property. This consent is in consideration of APPROVAL OF A MINOR LAND PARTITION and subsequent agreement between owner and affected property owners at the intersection of Forest Street and Weller Lane (Lot 15, Block 1 and lot 8, Block 2, Weller Lane Subdivision, Phase 2). IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION: 1) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE IMPROVEMENT OF FOREST STREET.
