southeast corner of Block 31 of COOLIDGE ADDITION to said City; thence North, along said
Rock Street, 96.0 feet to alley; thence Weat 41.2 feet to stake for corner; thence South,
on a line parallel with Rock Street, 96.0 feet to the north line of Wimer Street; thence
East, along said Winer Street, 41.2 feet to the point of beginning.
TRACT B: Beginning at a point on the north line of Wimer Street in the City of Ashland,
Jackson County, Oregon, 41.2 feet Weat of the intersection of the west line of Rock Street
