DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned trustee or successor trustee, under trust deed dated July 7'h, 2004 executed and
delivered by Hazel Gessler, as Grantor, and recorded on July 21",2004, in the Records of Jackson
County, Oregon, conveying real property situated in Jackson County described in the trust deed by
reference to Instrument Number 2004-041756, having received from the beneficiary under the trust
deed, a request to reconvey reciting that the obligation secured by the trust deed ($2,656.00) has
been fully paid and satisfied hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys but without any covenant or
warranty, express or implied, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held
by the undersigned in the described premised by virtue of the trust deed.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON TRANSFERRING FEE TITLE
SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF ANY, UNDER 195.300, 195.301 AND 195.305 TO
195.336 AND SECTIONS 5 TO 11, CHAPTER 424, OREGON LAWS 2007. THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT
ALLOW THE USE OF THE PROPERTY IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING
FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY
PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY THAT THE UNIT OF LAND BEING TRANSFERRED IS A
LAWFULLY ESTABLISHED LOT OR PARCEL, AS DEFINED IN ORS 195.300, 195.301 AND 195.305 TO

trust deed executed by Hazel Gessler, as Grantor, in which the City of Ashland is named beneficiary
and Mike Franell is named as trustee, and recorded on July 21", 2004 in Jackson County, Record No.:
2004-041756 and legally describing the trust property as:
From a point measuring North 1233 feet from the quarter corner between Sections 14 and 23,
Township 39 South, Range 1 EAST of the Willamette Meridian Jackson County, Oregon, to
intersect Northerly right of way line of Highway #99 thence South 56' 13' EAST 385.25 feet;
thence North 726 feet to the South line of Street; thence North 56013' West along said Street 240
feet for a true point of beginning; thence South 178 feet; thence North 56'13' West; 97.15 feet to
the West line of property described in volume 255, page 260, Deed Records ofJackson County,
Oregon thence North 178 feet to Southline of Street; thence South 56013' East 97.15 feet to the
point of beginning.
