THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The "Water Rate Schedules" marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto are hereby incorporated into this Ordinance as though fully set forth herein and they set forth the water rates for the use and sale of water within and without the City of Ashland from the Municipal Water System of Ashland, Oregon. SECTION 2. Ordinance #1412 which pertains to water service regulation and rates is hereby repealed. A copy of the foregoing Ordinance was given to each Council Member and three copies were provided for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on or before March 30, 1971 and Notice of their availability was given by means of a written Notice posted at the Ashland City Hall and by advertisement in the Ashland Daily Tidings, a newspaper of general circulation and published in the City of Ashland which was first read by title alone at a regular meeting of the Common Council held on the 6th day of April, 1971, and passed to its second reading by title alon~ and duly adopted on the 27th day of April, 1971, the vote being as follows: Ayes tJ Nays / A~Z2t1jp~ To a~~ebY certify: CITY RECORDER, /tc/?'-::; RONALD L.
