As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other actions as
required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is to be
binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
Action: The installation of a second "utility only" electric meter shall be limited to accessory uses permitted in
the Single-Family Zone (R-1-7.5) in accordance with Chapter 18.20 of the Ashland Land Use Ordinance, and shall
not constitute approval to use the detached accessory building behind the house as a separate residential unit,
The owner shall not install kitchen facilities into the detached accessory behind the primary residence. The
existing property contains only one single family residence and several accessory buildings, and the detached
garage behind the primary residence will not be utilized as a separate residential unit, A separate, second
residential unit is not permitted without obtaining a conditional use permit approval, and therefore use of this
space as a separate dwelling would be a violation of the Ashland Municipal Code and subject to all penalties
thereof,

section corner common to Sections 31 and 32 in Township 38 South. Range 1 Bast, and
Sections 5 and 6 in Township 39 South, Range 1 Bast of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson
county. ~~on; thence South 578,71 feet and Bast 1703.05 feet to a 1 1/2' galvanized iron
pipe, situated on the southwesterly right of way of North Main street, as now monumented;
thence, along said right of way, South 43034'550 East (Deed Record South 43026' East 76.57
feet) 76,925 feet to a 5/0' iron pin; thence South 69040'55' East (Deed Record South

line. North 40'23'53' East 06.07 feet to the true point of beginning.
