property.

curbs, gutters and paving), and agree emonstrate to the formation of such local improvement district; and

Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, measure North, 438.3 feet and East, 366.0 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence East, 264.0 feet to the West line of the County Road (Now Clay
Street); thence South, 256..50 feet to the Northeast corner of tract described In Volume 482
page 534, Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence West, 264.0 feet to a point South
of the point of beginning; thence North, 256.50 feet to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPnNG THEREFROM; a tract of land situated In the Northwest Quarter of Section 14,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, and
being more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the quarter common to Section 14 and 15, said Township and Range; thence
North 00.02'09" West (deed record North, 371.58 feet), along the section line common to said
sections, 371.53 feet to a point In the Northeasterly right of way line of Siskiyou Boulevard;
thence continuing North 00.02'09" West (deed record North, 438.3 feet), along the section
line common to sections, 438.30 feet; thence leaving said section line, North 89.57'51" East

leaving said Westerly right of way line, South 89.57'51" West (deed record West, 264.0 feet),
264.775 feet to a 5/8" Iron rod; thence North 00.02'09" West (deed record North, 85.0 feet),
85.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod; thence North 89.57'51" East (deed record East), 118.80 feet to
a 5/8" Iron rod; thence South 00.02'09" East, 72.50 feet to a 5/8" Iron rod; thence North
89.57'51" East, 145.97 feet to a 5/8" Iron rod situated In the Westerly right of way line of
Clay Street, as hereinabove referred to; thence South 00.03'26" East (deed record), along
