At the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on Novem-
195'1
ber 12, the following action was taken:
1. It is the unanimous recommendation of the members of the
Planning Commission that the zoning ordinance of the City of
Ashland be amended to provide that no residence improvements shall
be constructed closer than four feet from the side property line.
The reasons for such recommendation are for fire protection, privacy
and beautification of residence property~
2. The members of the Planning Commission tentatively declined
to approve the plat submitted for the "FAITH SUBDIVISIONtI as the
plat did not provide sufficient dedicated cross streets.
Other matters were discussed; however, the foregoing are the
principal subjects which may be of interest to the Council.
