The Council met in adjourIlIld eClSsion at 5.00 P. M. this date with the members of
Park COlll!l!ission. Present. lI8JItIr Wiley, Councilmen Applewhite, gRlNl/HIs., Crandall, Delsman
Koozer, :J:ayler. Absent. Councilman Carson. And mElllbers of the Park Commission, Dodge,
Detriok~' Heard, 'Robison aDd Poston.' , . ,
Koozer reported on the status of the Granite Street paving. Disoussion followed
duriitg whioh Dodge repollJted that the Park Collllllission woUld be' unable to pay their port-
ion of the paving and the question arose as to the legal responSibility tor the paYment.
The Cit;y Attorney was called on and after oonsiderable discussion it was deoided to
defer the matter until the legal phases ot the matter could be determined by the City
Attorney, " "
The members of the Park Commission then left and as the counoil -rJ/f adjournluig
the question of a refrigerator for the hospital was brought; up and after disoussion, it
was moved by Tayler and secoMed by Crandall that the City purc~se a refrigera tor tor
cash and sell same to Karl Nims on a monthly oontract be sis. 'Carried. .
The question of a sterilizer was also disoussed but no action taken.
On motion, the council adjourned to meet at the call: of, the Mayor.
