A tract or parcel of land situated in Donation land Claim No. 41 in the Southwest
quarter of Section 4, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Base and
Meridi'an, Jackson County, Oregon and being' more fully described as follows:
Commencing at a found 1 inch galvanized iron pipe with a bronze cap situated at
the Southwest corner of Donation Land Claim No. 41, said Township and Range;
thence South 89057'42" East (deed record East) along the Southerly boundary line .>
of said claim, 66.52 feet to a point in the Easterly right of way of Oak Street,
