BARGAIN AND SALE DEED

KNOW ALL 2�YBN BY THESE PRES�NTS that CARL VOGEL and VIRGINIA
VOGEL, husband and wife; hereinafter called "Grantors", in consideration
of OIdE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, do hereby
bargain, sell and convey td the CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON; a Municipal
Corporation of the State_of Oregon, hereinafter called °Grantee", that
certain real property with ,the'tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto.belonging or appertaining, situated in .the City of Ashland,
Courity.of Jackson, State of Oregori;.described on Exhibit "A" hereto, and
by Ehis`re"ference incorporated herein: Said conveyance is subject`to the
easements and restrictions`now of record.
TO HAVE AND TO xOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee,
its succe and assigns £orever.
The Grantee acknowledges that the property hereby..conveyed to
it has at the present time a fair market value of TARF'E.THOUSAND:.DOLLARS

This conveyance shall include any right, or interest
hereafter acquired.by the•Grantors.
And the Grantors covenant that they have not done or suffered
