The first such installment shall be due on October 1, 1981. the second installment on April 1, 1982 with semi-annual installments to be due and pay- able on the first day of April and the first day of October thereafter until the entire sum of principal and interest is paid in full. If any of said installments is not paid, then following thirty (30) days written notice of such default given to the makers of this note, the whole sum of both principal and interest is to become due and collectible at the option of the holder of this Note. If this Note is placed in hands of an attorney for collection, we prom- ise and agree to pay holder's reasonable attor- ney's fees and collection costs even though no suit or action is filed hereon, however, if a suit or action is filed the amount of said attor- ney's fees shall be fixed by the court or courts in which the suit or action, including any appeal therein, is tried, heard or decided.
