of.ONE DOLLAR ($1.009'.,which easement is,for the installation and
perpetual maintenance �of:underground electrical lines and a trans£ormer.
Said easement for electrical lines is on the'property situated in
Jackson.County,Oregon, and'more particularly described as follows:
A strip'or'parcel of land 10 feet.in width lying
5 feet on each side of the following described
centerline:
Commencing at the Northeast co'rner of Lot 1 Block V�
o,f the Railroad Addition to_the City of Ashland,
Jackson Cbtiinty; Oregon; 'thence North 74°08'35" West,
along the Southerly right of way of A Street 11�2.12
feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving.
said'right of way South 36°38'41" 'vdest; 50.08 feet;_
��thence South 24° West, 37:00 feet to the
terminus•of this easement.
,.The,Grantor warrants that it is the owner�of said real
property free and clear of all�liens and encumbrances whatsoever except
those; of .record'�on the .below date.::
'The.Grantee shall,have the right to go on the above-described
property for the purpose of installing and the perpetual maintenance of
the electrica3 lines., However, it'is understood that the Grantor may
,�wish to construct,a building �,�hich-wil-l�partially, be`over the location
where"the,electrical �lines will be.installed. Grantee by acceptance
of this Easement, agrees that such-bu'ilding may be constructed so.long
as it does not interfere in any way with the use of the electrical lines.
Further,,Grantor agrees that it will gay all costs;involved'in any way
in any mover,ient or adjustment of. the e].ectrical. lines caused by the
construction of,its building.
