That Stella P. Gordon
does hereby grant an Easement
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for installation and maintenance of underground electrical
utility lines and related appurtenances,
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Initial Point of Mann Subdivision in the City of Ashland, monumented
by a bronze disk set in concrete marked Mann Subdivision Initial Point 1973, located
in the Southeast quarter of Section 5, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; South 75.98 feet and West 237.64 feet to a point on
the Easterly right of way of Walnut Street for the True Point of Beginning; thence
North 00°32'30" West along said right of way line, 5.00 feet to the Northwest corner of
Lot 4 of said subdivision; thence along the North line of said lot South 88°59'S7" East,
109.04 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 4; thence South 00°32'30" East along the East
line of said lot, 30.49 feet; thence North 55°40'44" West, 23.10 feet; thence North 80°56'S0"
West, 91.32 feet to the point of beginning.
