The City of Ashland, Oregon hereby acknowledges satisfaction in full of the
encumbrance described in that certain Agreement concerning Planning Action No:
92-028 filed and recorded in the Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon as 92-
09938, and affecting the following described real property;
Property referred to as 230, 232, and 234 Van Ness Avenue (tax lot
39 1 E 04CC-10500) being more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1, as shown on the Partition Plat filed in the office of the Jackson
County Surveyor as Survey No. 12982 and recorded as Partition Plat No.
P-58-1992 of"Records of Partition Plats" in Jackson County, Oregon.
The obligation was performed by other parties, and the City of Ashland hereby releases
'the foregoing encumbrance against the above described real property and consents
that the encumbrance represented by the Agreement to share in the proportionate cost
of the-imp ement of the alley west of Laurel Street be discharged of record.
