The right to education part `
A strong and visionary educational system is necessary for citizens to be
informed members of their community and the world.
0 Access to education and the quality of education have strong ramifications for
the economic, political, and cultural stability and well-being of a nation.
0 Ashland, Oregon being home to Southern Oregon University and the Oregon
Shakespeare Festival, it has a unique community of well-educated citizens who
