AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2195
RELATIVE TO ELECTRIC SERVICE CONNECTION
RATES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2195 is hereby amended,
y amen ing the first two lines thereof to read as follows :
"SECTION 1. Sections 14. 16. 010 through 14. 16. 080
inclusive , of the Ashland Municipal Code , are
hereby amended to read as follows : "
SECTION 2 . That inasmuch as this ordinance restores the
ina�tent deletion of Section 14. 16 . 090 of the Municipal Code
relative to electric service connection rates , an emergency is
hereby declared to exist , and this ordinance shall become
effective upon its second reading , and approval by the Mayor.
The foregoing Or dinance was first read on the_Z/ day of
1982, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this.day of
1982 .
