Dear Mr. Lukens :
It has now been over 2 years since we updated our
joint pole agreement. The current agreement was effective
on July 1 , 1979 .
I understand that Pacific Power & Light Company is
now using a pole price schedule which is more recent than
ours . It is our desire to keep our prices:.-,on the same
level as PP&L (presumably July 1 , 1981) .
Please send us the new PP&L price schedules I through
V covering the cost of poles and associated pole costs
for Agreement dated April 15 , 1958 .

It has now been nearly a year since we last revised our price schedule
governing our joint pole agreement.
The purpose of this letter is to inquire whether Pacific Power and
" Light Co. has recently revised its schedules. If so, it is our
d desire to update our price schedules to reflect the most current
schedule in effect between PP&L and Pacific Northwest Bell.
Please let us know the status of this matter.

REVISED POLE PRICE SCHEDULES BETWEEN
CITY OF ASHLAND & PACIFIC NORTHWEST BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY
The attached revised schedules I, II, III, IV and V, covering the
cost of poles and associated pole costs for use under the General
Pole Agreement dated April 15, 1958 between The City of Ashland
and Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company are effective July
1, 1981.
