It has been over a year since we last revised the price schedules between the City of Ashland and Pacific North- west Bell for joint pole use and related appurtenances. The schedule now being used was effective July 1 , 1977, and .I assume that you have a new agreement with Pacific Power . and Light dated July 1 , 1978.
