Dear Mr . McKeen:
This is to advise the City of Ashland Oregon, that
Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company hereby accepts the
terms and conditions of Ordinance No . 1638 passed by the City
Council and signed by the Mayor February 3 , 1970, granting a
revocable permit to Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company to
install, maintain and operate public telephone booths at various
locations on city property and city streets .
will you please arrange to have this acceptance approved
as to form and return the duplicate copy to R. C. Chamberlin, Area
Coin Coordinator, 421 S . W. Oak Street Portland, Oregon 97204 .
