BUILDING REMODEL DESIGN FOR: CITY OF ASHLAND 255 East Nevada St. Ashland, Or 97520 Dear Mr. Peters: Richard Vezie & Associates, LLC (RV&A) is pleased to present this proposal for Design, Drafting and Consulting Services for the specific portions of the plans you requested verbally to this firm regarding the proposed ASHLAND MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC UTILITY EAST NEVADA ST. BUILDING REMODEL DESIGN FOR: CITY OF ASHLAND (City) at 255 East Nevada St. in Ashland. We also understand portions of the construction documents will be provided by others including the City of Ashland. • Scope of Work RV&A proposes attending the necessary meetings with City personnel to establish the necessary information RV&A will produce for the project, conducting site visits in order to obtain dimensional and structural information for the project and producing the following drawings for the project: Floor Plan, Electrical Plan, South and West Elevations, Ceiling Framing Plan and a Project Manual. In addition, RV&A can provide additional drawings and consultation on an as needed basis at the rate of $55.00 per hour. Schedule The drawings and information above will be provided to the City prior to May 23, 2012. We will also be available to attend additional meetings, provide additional consultation and produce additional drawings on an as needed basis in a timely manner at the rate and materials cost outlined in the Budget section below. Budget RV&A proposes to work on a time and materials basis at the rate of$55.00 per hour for labor and direct cost for materials. RV&A estimates the proposed work will require a maximum of 16.8 hours with a maximum labor cost of $924.00. Should additional services be requested by the City, no work will be performed beyond the proposed Scope of Work without prior authorization by the City.
