The new pipe run shall start at the manhole at Station 10+21,near the intersection of N.Main and Hersey Street,and finish at the manhole at Station 12+34, near the intersection of Hersey Street and Lori Lane. The beginning and ending manholes shall remain in place and only be altered to allow for a 15-inch pipe to enter/exit them. The existing manhole near Station 10+83 shall be adjusted if possible,but if necessary,a new manhole shall be installed at this location. -The new manhole at Station11+68 shall be installed,but altered to allow for the 15-inch pipe. One 2-inch conduit shall be installed with the conduits already designed to cross in conduit trench C7 and then this conduit shall continue north parallel to sidewalk to a location adjacent to the existing street light shown on the plan set,where a City supplied handhole shall be installed and this 2-inch conduit run can end. From this same handhole, one 2-inch conduit shall be installed towards the north and end in an additional City supplied handhole that shall be installed on the backside of the sidewalk on the City owned property. An additional l '/.-in conduit shall be installed and j connected to the existing street light conduit at the north project limits. The total length of 2-inch'conduit is approximately 235 linear.feetand the total length of 1 '/4-inch conduit is approximately70-feet Conduits shall be installed at an approximate depth of 2 feet from bottom of sidewalk.'A sketch of the'conduit layout has been attached to this Field Change for reference. The City of Ashland will.expect a final additional cost summary from Pilot Rock for the material costs and the additional labor that will be needed to install these conduits. The footing is located approximately 55-feet south of the centerline of the alley/parking lot access driveway. The City of Ashland will expect a final additional cost summary from Pilot Rock that will be include costs related to the removal of this footing this footing and these costs should be included in the total costs for the conduit installation of Field Change 405.
