Description: Per the Brammo Vehicle Loan Agreement dated June 5, 2012, between Brammo, Inc., and the City of Ashland,the City of Ashland is
borrowing a Brammo Enertia 2010 motorcycle for a period of six months. This motorcycle has been added to the city's liability insurance coverage.
Brammo, Inc.,is named as an additional insured for the term of this contract. As per the contract, Brammo, Inc., is accepting responsibility for the
physical damage to the motorcycle,except in cases of clear abuse.
Certificate Holder: CANCELLATION.Should any of the coverage documents herein be cancelled before the expiration date
thereof,CIS will provide 30 days written notice to the certificate holder named herein,but failure to mail
Brammo such notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon CIS,its agents or representatives,or
