Congratulations, the Ashland City Council approved your appointment to the Firewise
Commission for a term ending April 30, 2016 at its regular meeting on April 16, 2013.
The Firewise Commission typically meets on the 3`d Wednesday at noon in Fire Station No. 1,
455 Siskiyou Blvd. Ali True is the staff liaison for this commission, and she can be reached at
541-552-2231 ( ali.true@ashland.or.us ).'Ali will contact you shortly as to upcoming meetings.

2013 Annual Appointments

SUMMARY
Approval of the Mayor's recommendations for annual appointments to the various city commissions
and committees. -
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
The ending term for most Commission/Board members is April 30, 2013. Proper notice was made in
our local newspaper and the City's website on the vacancies.
Appointments are three-year appointments with terms ending April 30, 2016, with exception of the
Planning Commission which are four-year appointments with terms ending April 30, 2017, and the
Band Board which are one-year terms.
