ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11.20 OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO SIGNS
AND SIGNALS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1557 and Section 11.20.040 of the
s i73an Tfunicipal Code shall be amended as follows:
1.. The following wording shall be added to the
Section: "Street name signs designating
privately owned streets, alleys, or driveways,
may only be erected if authorized by the City
Council. Location, graphics, color, materials,
and height shall be to City Standards as
approved by the Director of Public Works."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the ler-11-lday of
1985, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this a«~
day of 1985.
