ORDINANCE NO. a 3 as
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2228, THE LAND-
USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, AND SECTION
18.14.040 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO PROVIDE
FOR 20-ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE FOR LANDS OUTSIDE THE
URBAN GROWTH BOUNDARY.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2228 and Section 18.14.040 of the
Ashland Municipal Code, "A. Minimum Lot Area" is hereby amended
to read as follows:
A. Minimum lot area. The minimum lot area in the WR zone is
determined by the chart below:
Slope Min. Lot Size DU/Acre
Less than 40% 2.0 .5
40 to 50% 2.5 .4
50 to 60% 5.0 .2
over 60% 10.0 .1
Outside UGB 20.0 .05
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the A~ t4 day of
