ORDINANCE NO. .Z 30
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2.25 OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE TO EXPAND THE MEM-
BERSHIP OF THE STREET TREE COMMISSION.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2260 and Section 2.25.010 of the
Ashland Municipal Code is amended by changing the number
"seven(7)" in the first sentence thereof to "nine(9)".
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 2260 and the second sentence of
Section 2.25.020 of the Ashland Municipal Code is amended to
read as follows:
"The terms of the members shall be for three (3) years
so that three terms expire on December 31 of each year."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the /,F A(-day of
