AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.02.110 OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE WITH RESPECT TO FEES FOR
RESTORATION OF ELECTRIC SERVICE.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 14.02.110 of the Ashland Municipal
Code is hereby amended by changing the charge for
reconnection of a service which has been disconnected for
non-payment, as follows:
1. During regular working hours: From $5.00 to
$15.00
2. At all other times: From $30.00 to $50.00.
SECTION 2. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1978, as amended,
ann Section 14.16.060 of the Ashland Municipal Code is
hereby repealed.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the day of
1985 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this
