ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.40.040C OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE,
WHICH RELATES TO THE PENALTY FOR THE PURCHASE OR POSSESSION OF LIQUOR
BY A MINOR.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 10.40.040C of the Ashland Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"C. Violation of this provision is an infraction
punishable only by a fine not to exceed $250.00."
The foregoing was first read at a regular meeting of the
Common Council held on the / day of Mo-ie-k, 1985, and passed to its
second reading and duly passed on the day of [lQ1jiF~C~ 1985,
the vote being as follows:
