AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6.32 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATIVE TO APPLICATION FEES FOR LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR TRAVELLERS' ACCOMMODATIONS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 6.32.04 of the Ashland Municipal Code shall

"6.32,,0,4,01A 1>_cati:on Fees. The following fees
are eis e or t e processing of liquor
license applications, which shall be paid at
the time the application is filed with the
Police Department:
A. Original application: $25.00 for travel-
lers accommodations; $100.00 for all others.
B. Change of ownership, change of location,
or change in privilege: $25.00 for travellers
accommodations; $75.00 for all others.
C. Renewals or temporary applications:
$10.00 for travellers accommodations; $35.00
for all others."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the day of
1985, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this/R_-~ day
of 1985.
