ORDINANCE NO, a35-,9-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13.16 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO STREET TREES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. A new Section 13.16.045 is hereby added to Chapter 13.16.045
is hereby added to Chapter 13.16 of the Ashland Municipal Code and shall
read as follows:
"13.16.045 Trees - Recommended. The following are approved street
trees in public par rows or rights-of-way parkrows:
A. Trees Having a Small Mature Stature

SECTION 2. Section 13.16.050 of the Municipal Code shall be amended to
asFoo'rlo-ws:
"13.16.050 Trees-'-Prohibiated.. It is unlawful to plant in any
public par row or right-=of-way the following trees:

The foregoing ordinance was first read by title only in
accordance with Article X, Section 2(C) of the City Charter on
the day of 1985, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED
this day of1985.
