HERZMAN, husband and wife, do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), which Easement is for the right to install and maintain underground electric cables and wires.and above ground installations such as pedestals, transformers, boxes, etc..together with the right of ingress, and egress, over, across. and upon the property situated in Jackson County,loregon, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a 5/8" iron pin on the northerly boundary of Wimer Street which bears South 89° 49'45" West 120.00 feet distant from the southeast corner of Lot 10 of Wimer Subdivision to the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, according to the official plat thereof now of record,.thence North 0° 31" West parallel with Scenic Avenue 232!.02 feet to a 5/8" iron pin; thence South 89° 49'45" West 80.00 feet toa 5/8" iron.pin; thence North 00 31' West 139.01 feet to a 5/8" iron pin on the northerly boundary of Lot 9 of said Wimer Subdivision;'thence South 89° 49' 45" West along saidboundary 132.90 feet to.the northwest corner of said Lot; thence South 0°31'•East along the westerly boundary of said Lot 65.61 feet to the northeast corner-of Lot 11 of said Wimer subdivision; thence South 89° 49'' 45" ~4est along the northerly boundary of said Lot 144.82 feet to a point of inter- section with a northerly projection of the westerly . boundary of Lot 10 of said-Wimer Subdivision; thence South 0° 31' East along said projection 68.91 feet to the northwest, corner of Lot 10; thence continue South 0" 31' East 236.52 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot; thence North 890 49' 45" East along the southerly boundary of Lot 10 357.72 feet to the point of beginning.. I with.-Scenic Avenue 10.00 feet; thence North 89° 49' 45" East parallel with the northerly boundary of said Lot 200.00 feet to the easterly boundary thereof; thence North 0° 31' West along said boundary 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except those of record on the below date.
