Golden, Grantee, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real property: An easement for drainage purposes granted to the City of Ashland as described in filed survey No. 11698 (vol. 9, page 74, "Minor Land Partitions," Jackson County, Oregon), filed April 26, 1994, as this easement applies to a parcel of land situation in donateall land claim No. 41 in the northwest one/quarter of section 4, Township 39 South of Range 1 east of the Williamette Base and Meridian in Jackson County, Oregon. This parcel is fully described on the attached Exhibit A. The true consideration for this conveyance is $1.00 plus other property or value is a part of the consideration. THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED USES AND TO DETERMINE ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS AGAINST FARMING OR FOREST PRACTICES AS DEFINED IN ORS 30.930.
