Jackson County, Oregon, a political subdivision of the state of Oregon, Grantor, releases and quitclaims
to the City of Ashland, Grantee, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real property (the
"Property"):
Map number 391E04BD tax lot 1390, tax account number 1-078418-3; further described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the North line of Donation Land Claim No. 40, Township 39 South,
Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon with the East line of Lot 4 of ASHLAND
CREEK SUBDIVISION; thence South 06° 55' 55" East along the East line of said subdivision to a
point which is 110 feet North 89° 53' West of the East line of said Claim; thence North 0° 06' West to
the North line of said Claim at a point 110 feet North 89° 53' West of the Northeast comer thereof;
thence North 89° 53' West along the North line of said Claim to the point of beginning. ALSO
Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot 1 of Ashland Creek Subdivision; thence South 89° 53' East
along the North line of tract described in Document No. 75-03390, Official Records of Jackson County,
Oregon to a point on the West line of tract described in Volume 554, Page 338, Deed Records of
Jackson County, Oregon which is 110 feet North 89° 53' West from the East line of Donation Land
Claim No. 40 in Township 39 South Range 1 East Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon;
thence North 0° 06' West along the West line of said tract to intersect the East line of Lot 2 of said
Ashland Creek Subdivision; thence South 12° 10' 25" West along the East line of said subdivision to
an angle point in the East line of Lot 1 of said subdivision; thence South 02° 58' 10" East along the East
line of said Lot 1, a distance of 44.99 feet to the point of beginning.
The true consideration for this conveyance is -0- (none).

THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE
SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE
PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT
TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
