Re: "As-Built" Plans For Eastbrook Park Subdivision
Dear Scott:
The City of Ashland has a $3,000.00 deposit on hand from Fred Cox for the completion of
improvements on Eastbrook Park Subdivision. The money is to be rel~ with the final
approval and acceptance of the Subdivision.
One of the few remahfing items to be completed is the provision of "as-built" drawings for the
construction of the improvements. I am sure Fred would like to get his deposit returned as soon
as possible. Would you please provide these drawings at your earliest opportunity? Would you
please call me if there is some reason that these drawings cannot be provided, or if there is
anyway in which I might be of assistance?

I have been instructed by Fred Cox to pay the City of Ashland the sum of $1,000.00
at the closing of escrow for the first three houses sold in the Eastbrook Subdivision.
A total sum of: $3,000.00 will be paid to the City of Ashland to be held in an
account, until the subdivision improvements have been completed in Eastbrook
Subdivision.
Upon completion of said improvements, you will need to release the sums held
in said account back to Fred Cox. I understand that all of the subdivision
improvements will be done upon the completion of construction of the third
home sold in said subdivision.
We are currently handling three escrows in that subdivision, where Fred
Cox is the seller. We will be closing the escrow's as soon as the
plat has been filed and loans granted to the buyers of those homes.
If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our
office at the number listed herein.
