port of the City Surveyor of the said - - - -
City of Ashland, of the survey of a street

Main street, 8.43 chains East of the
South-west corner of Donation Land
Claim. No. 43; Townshipp~ 39, South of
Range, 1 East; Thence 50 -feet on each
side of the center of a line rnggnninq South
56 degs.15 min. East, to the Section line
between Sections 9 and 10, in the afore-
said Township, the same bging the East
boundary line of the corporate limits of
said City-will be considered and acted
upon by said Council, and such action
will then and there be"taken by said
Council in respect to such report of the
survey of said street, and the opening of
such street on the line of such survey as
may be deemed expedient and proper
for the public good ; which report of such
survey, and the plot accompanying the
same, are now on file in the office of thg
City Recorder of said City of Ashland.
