CORPORATIOTT DEED.
THIS IIMET'TURE rMTESSETH, That the Ashland Mamifacturing
Company, a Corporation organized,created and existing under and
by virtue of the laws of the State of Oregon, and having its
principal office at Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, party of the
first part, for and in consideration of T117ELVE RMTDRED DOLLARS
to it paid, has bargained and sold, and by these pregents does
bargain,sell and convey uhto t'-le City of t,shland,Jackson County.,
