THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That, We, A. l). Holman and.
S. A, l:ielman,husband and ,vife 2 of the City of Ashland, Jackson
County,State of Oregon, for and in consideration of the -c.c cfits
to accrue to us, an(:'. each of us by deeding the hereinafter
described tract of land to the City of Ashland,in said County
and State, for the Public for street purposes, we do hereby
grant and dedicate uo the use of the Public, for street purposes,
