THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That, is J. L. Coburn, a
single man, of the County of Mendocino and State of California,
for the consideration of the sure of Five Dollars to rie paid,
have bargained, sold and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do bargain, sell and quit-claa.j.i unto City of Ashland of the
County of Jackson, State of Oregon, the following,property,

Beginnir ; at a point on the northerly sideline of
the Boulevard Ln the City of Ashland,<7ackson County,Oregon,
w1aich is situate thirty (30) feet North 56 degrees 131 Vest
of the, corner comiun to lots TYrenty eig It (.28) and T%-renty n1ne
(29), as sham upon the recorded map of Hunsaker's Addition to
said City of Ashland. Thence Northerly to a point on the rear
side line of said lots which is situate 30 feet South 56 degrees
131 Fast of the northerly corner common to the aforesaid lots
28 and 29. Thence North 56 degrees 131 West 16 feet to corner.
Thence Southerly parallel with the first described line to the
Northerly side^ of the Boulevard, Thence South 56 degrees 131
East to place of beginning. The above described land to be
used for alley purposes only,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said perriv,ses, with their
appurtenances, unto the said City of Ashland and its assigns
forever,
