QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INRENTURE WITNITSSETH, That the City of Ashland,
Jackson Cuunty,Oregon ( incor'oorated) by and through its
legally elected and qualified officers, viz.,, H. S. tvans,
ma.,yor,and Milton Berry, recorder, in consideration of the
deeding; to the said City of Ashland, Oregon by one J. L. Coburn,
of a stria of land sixteen feet on uhe North side of the
Buulevard to be used for alley -purposes ( said deed bearing
the data of January 7, 1905) have bargained, sold and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do "bargain, sell and quit-cla=im
unto the aforesaid J. L. Coburn the following described
property, to-wit:-
The, dedicated alley commencing, on the Northerly side
line of the 11K)ulevard acid rumi"- llorth.erl,/ between lots Tlucnt-r
nine (29) and Thirty (30), as designated, numbered and described
on the recorded plat of Hunsake.r' s • Addition to the City of
Ashland, Oregon, to the South side line of the alley in said
Addition, ru?zning Easterly and Westerly.
(The above sale is made for the purpose of having an
allay at a moreconvc xiient place in the Hunsakor's Addition to
tie said City and the execution of this deed is made under
authority ,-ranted by the coilcion council of said City at- a
regular session held an t'rie 5th day of 1904-and- is
spread un the recurds thereof un page 358 o.f' Journal,
TO Hi VE ATdD TO HOLD the said p-oa, dses, with their
appurtenances, unto the said J. L. Coburn his heirs and
assigns forever.
