to wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of lot 10, Blk. 3, of
the City of Ashland, Oregon; thence north 68 27' west 90 feet;
thence South 84° 21' + t 26.4 feet; thence North 68° 27' Wiest

30' West 48 feet to the east side line of Main Street; thence along;

City of Ashland for said street purposes forever.
