in the County of Jackson and State of Oregon, respectfully
demand that the following proposed amendment to the City Charter
shall be submitted to the legal voters of the City of Ashland
for their approval or rejection, at the regular city election
to be held on Tuesday, the 15th day of December, A. D., 19080
