I received your letter today regarding your resignation from the Housing and Human
Services Commission. I am sorry to hear you are unable to continue on the commission,
but I fully understand challenging work schedules.
Please accept my sincere appreciation for your hard work on both commissions. I hope
you enjoyed the time spent working for a better Ashland. Should your work schedule
change and if you have any desire to return to this or any other commission in the future,
please be sure to let me know.

Dear Ma r-erg,
It was a particular honor to be appointed by you to first the Homelessness Steering
Committee and then the Housing and Human Services Commission; and it has been a joy
to serve with my co-commissioners, doing worthy work.
However, I must resign. My work schedule just doesn't allow regular participation in
"extracurricular" activities at this point. And poor attendance on my part is affecting my
ability to serve well.
I've especially appreciated working with Linda Reid, Housing Program Specialist.
Thank you for allowing me to serve.
