HomeMy WebLinkAbout2543 Rezone Property / AdroitORDTNANCE NO. 2543 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF ASHLAND E-1 (ADROIT CONSTRUCTION CO. ANNEXATION) THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residential) to city of Ashland E-1 (Employment) the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and made a part hereof. The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 21st day of November, 1989, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day December, 1989. Nan E.
