AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ASHLAND
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP IN AN AREA NEAR THE INTERSECTION
OF BEAR CREEK AND N. MOUNTAIN AVENUE.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Ashland Comprehensive Plan Map as adopted by
Ordinance No. 2227 is hereby amended as shown on the map marked
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 5th day of
December, 1989, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day
of December, 1989.
