AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE
CHAPTER 10.104 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
TttE PEOPLE OF Tile CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ashland Municipal Code Chapter 10.104 is
~mended to read in its entirety as follows:
CHAPTER 10.104
ADOPTION OF OREGON REVISED STATUTES--
CRIMINAL LAW AND PROCEDURES.
10.104.010--Adoption of State Criminal Law and
Procedures. All infractions, violations and
misdemeanors and penalties, procedures and other
provisions relating thereto contained in Oregon
Revised Statutes Chapters 131 through and
including 167 are hereby adopted in full.
SECTION 2. It is hereby adjudged and declared that the
existing conditions are such that this Ordinance is
necessary for the preservation of the public health
and safety of the people of the City of Ashland, and
tinat an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval by the
Mayor.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the .5- ~"day of
